Turkey Tail Tincture
When we received the kits, the tape had “keep refrigerated” written and obviously they weren’t refrigerated in shipping. Also, the tinctures were just thrown into box without any additional packaging. It took 5 days to respond to our messages but just stated it should be fine, they just reused the box. It’s now been a couple of weeks and all of the grow kits are either leaking in our refrigerator or growing. Tried to reach out again to company but no response again. All kits are unusable!
