HENOSIS (“oneness” in Greek), is an independently owned and operated regenerative mushroom farm in Nashville, Tennessee, dedicated to creating a connection between people and mushrooms. For over a decade, we have been exploring the world of fungi while embracing sustainable closed-loop production practices. Through their vast network of mycelial threads, fungi function as nature’s connectors—unifying all the trees and plants surrounding them. With our product line of carefully crafted mushroom grow kits and extracts, we hope to help connect our customers with nature and empower them to grow their own healthy food at home. Our lead times are often shorter than 10 days for lions mane kits and white oyster kits but we have to accommodate for grow kits we don't often keep on hand.
