Borage is Produced by bees foraging predominantly on one, specific crop - in this case Borage. Honey infused with black seeds, or nigella seeds (Nigella sativa), combines the healing powers of these two natural products. The benefits of black seed and honey have been touted for centuries in the Middle East, along the Mediterranean and in India. Perfect with your toast, cereal, soup, a drink or just a quick spoon full when you're feeling peckish. Black seed infused honey can be enjoyed in many ways. We have chosen Borage honey as our base honey as its runny, has a distinctive light, floral tone and is great infused. We use no alcohol in our infused range and only organic ingredients.
