METAL wind spinner Wind Chime. Comes with two metal pieces painted assorted colors on one side. Other side is clear coated rust metal. Entire piece is clear coated and go indoors or outdoors. Has a clip at the top for easy hanging. The clip will open and close. Each piece of metal spins on it's own with the power of wind. We have many designs and if you don't see what you want then message me and we will build what you want. Made in the USA, (Fate, Texas) with recycled metals.
