These sterling silver earrings are made with real butterfly wings, collected sustainably by an indigenous community in Peru after the butterfly's natural life cycle has been completed. Your purchase of this butterfly wing jewelry supports habitat preservation in the Amazon rainforest. Each earring measures approximately .375" x 1.25" including ear wires. Fair trade. These real butterfly jewelry pieces require special care. Please avoid submerging them in water or exposing them to sun in a hot window, both of which can result in discoloration and damage to the butterfly wings.
