I love the products that I received. Customer service was kind and responded when I asked a question. I did have a package that was lost, which wasn't the brand's fault. It was frustrating though that no shipping information was provided before the package was lost or when a replacement package was sent. Overall, the products are as described and I feel that they will sell well.
