We've seasoned the chickpeas in this pouch with a Panamanian style sofrito, a traditional cooking base of onion, bell pepper, tomato, garlic, cumin, paprika, oregano, bay leaf, and vinegar, all cooked in extra virgin olive oil. The only other ingredients are sea salt and water. I love these! We weren't sure what to expect but these are both delicious and a conversation starter. Good price point and easy nutrition for hikers, cyclists, picnicers, school lunches etc... Anyone who needs a portable snack!
