Wholesale Ginger Peach Black Tea

We blend this aromatic Sri Lankan black tea with dried peaches, dried ginger, blackberry leaves, calendula, and sunflower petals. It makes a great iced tea in the summer or a soothing hot tea anytime. 𝐄𝐥𝐦𝐰𝐨𝐨𝐝 𝐈𝐧𝐧 𝐅𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐓𝐞𝐚𝐬 𝐆𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐫 𝐏𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐡 𝐒𝐨𝐫𝐛𝐞𝐭 • 2 cups Ginger Peach Black Tea, steeped • 2-4 Tablespoons sugar (to taste) • 1 ripe peach, peeled and pitted • 1-2 Tablespoons crystallized ginger, diced • Add sugar to warm tea. Stir until dissolved. • Chill tea, not overnight, in the refrigerator. • Puree peach with ½ cup tea in blender or food processor. • In a large mixing bowl, stir peach, remaining tea, and diced ginger. • Place mixture in an ice cream maker. • Scoop sorbet into sherbet dishes.
