Its 7 cm stainless steel blade, compact size, and ergonomic, symmetrical handle make it easy to hold and use. The small notch on the blade lets L’Embrun be leaned against a butter dish or a plate, helping to keep your tablecloth spotless. L’Embrun was conceived, designed, created and manufactured in our workshop located in the Bordeaux region, where the ocean is a great source of inspiration. The embrun, that fine mist of salty water formed when waves break, was our true source of inspiration for this new model.
