My name is Clara LARRIEU, I am 35 years old. I wasn't destined to become a knife maker, but after several years working in the audiovisual industry in Paris, I decided to leave everything behind and begin a career change. The desire to return to live near my roots in the southwest of France grew too strong in my daily life. I've always known my father with his collection of knives; he's always loved it. In fact, the idea of creating a regional knife originally came from him. But for lack of time, he was never able to devote himself fully to the project. Forced to reinvent myself, I too began to take an interest in knifemaking. I wanted to return to values that suited me better; I wanted to create and let my imagination guide my actions.
