Extra virgin olive oil from Jaén, early harvest, Arbequina variety, harvested in mid-October. Tasting notes On the nose, our oil has a medium intense fruity green olive, with very high notes of wood, walnut and green almond as well as apple, nuts and banana. On the palate, it has a sweet start with soft nuances where you can see the presence of fruit and grass, being very balanced, pleasant and harmonious.
