I ordered the soap/lotion pump tops and they arrived with parts missing (2 parts missing in each of the boxes I got). Jarmazing was responsive and sent replacement parts quickly. I appreciated the prompt reply and the shipping for both my orders so far has been quick despite it being across the border. (NY state to Toronto area). Will continue to order and glad to carry their products.
