This dashi pack is made with a blend of dried skipjack tuna, konbu, and dried shiitake mushroom. The resulting Kyoto-style dashi is light and refined, supporting dishes without overpowering them. Ingredients: dried skipjack tuna, dried kelp, dried shiitake mushroom (contains fish: skipjack tuna) Each package contains 5 individual dashi packs. Instructions For Use: Fill a medium pot with 400 - 500 ml (approximately 2 cups) of water and place on the stove over high heat. When the water boils, add one dashi pack and turn down the heat to medium. Allow to steep for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Store at room temperature away from direct sunlight.
