Each hex-shaped chocolate is molded with honeycomb or bee details and filled with crumbles of my signature hot honey brittle—made with Mike’s Hot Honey for a clean, fiery kick. The brittle is one of my core confections, and in this format, it brings bold heat and crunch into Guittard dark chocolate. The flavor hits fast: sweet, then spicy, then smooth. Distinct from my chocolate-dipped brittle, Bee Stings are built to stand on their own—playful, punchy, and eye-catching on a shelf.
