I absolutely love The Royal Standard products however shipping is getting slow. Customer service through The Royal Standard, not always friendly. Faire doesn’t seem to be their priority.

The items that I received were excellent quality and so adorable! The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because 4 of the items I ordered were cancelled and they were matching pieces to pjs so now I have sets of pjs with no matching top or bottom and that’s extremely frustrating. I did a pre-sale and had to tell my clients so sorry on these. I check the quantities and made sure they were all available and then a few days later the items were cancelled. On top of a $400 min order requirement.
