"I will not allow my life's light to be determined by the darkness around me" - Sojourner Truth Sojourner Truth was an African American evangelist, abolitionist, women’s rights activist and author who was born into enslavement before escaping to freedom in 1826, then used her experiences to help fight on behalf of African Americans and women until the end of her life. Her words of hope and resilience ring true and serve as inspiration for any time. Available in eco-friendly recycled sterling silver or 14kt gold vermeil. Our standard chain provided is an adjustable 16"-18" length; other lengths available by request. Handcrafted in our studio in Los Angeles, CA, USA.

Quick and courteous responses to questions and fast fulfilment of order. It would be helpful to those who sell at retail to have the words, "Sterling Silver" printed on the individual packaging cards. Also, it appeared on the website as if the image of the quoted person was also pictured on the packaging, but it was there for marketing purposes, we were told. However, C & S kindly sent us the image which we used as signage. Thanks!
