Guccione IGP Sicilia oil with protected geographical indication is mainly produced from Biancolilla, Nocellara, and Cerasuola olive cultivars, harvested exclusively in the Sicilian territory in the second half of October. The olives are milled immediately after harvesting in our mill, respecting tradition and quality. The IGP Sicilia is a strong, effective, and unique tool to assert the origin of our oils and the Sicilia brand.
