After reaching out to Faire to cancel order to find other vendor to meet needs, they shipped promptly and product was really exactly as desired. It’s understandable that there are slower fulfillment times these days but continued communication, managing expectations, and not overpromising goes a long way.

Several of our kits came with broken stones. We contacted the company and were told replacements would be sent but we haven't received any further response or correspondence. We love the products but I cannot sell them with broken components so I have to take the loss unfortunately.
