We've infused our Pure Flake Salt with our favorite, Provence-style rosé made by our neighbors at Chatham Vineyards. The result is a blushing pink salt with a subtle kiss of raspberry and white peach. Adds an elegant hint of color and oceanic flavor to cakes, cookies, ice cream or whipping cream over fruit for the perfect salty-sweet combination. Or sprinkle on fresh fish or spring veggies and pair with a glass of crisp rosé. Also makes a lovely rim for cocktails! We hand make each of our infused salts in small batches to ensure that each jar is filled with fresh flavor, beautiful aroma and vibrant, natural color. No preservatives are added.
