Wholesale Wild Bay Leaves

Fresh, domestically grown bay leaves have a slightly milder flavor and aroma than the dried version and can be used in the same way - to flavor soups, braises, broths, meat stews, vegetable dishes. You can add them to the liquid used for cooking rice or other grains, or let them simmer in a pot of dried beans. Because they are mainly used as a flavoring, it's best to use the leaves whole and remove them from the finished dish before eating.
