The item was reportedly left at the door, as confirmed by tracking. However, the showroom team was not immediately notified of the delivery, which led to the expiration of the 14-day window for reporting missing goods. The claim for the missing item (Christmas tree in a large box) can no longer be filed which means that not only are we not eligible to recoup the money already spent, we will need to spend more money to replace the missing item.
