Not only is the work absolutely beautiful, Kara is amazing to work with! I wasn’t exactly sure what I wanted to try for my customers, I placed my order and then needed to add and change a couple of things, Kara was so kind, didn’t mind changing it and did so happily! I was irritated with myself, I have no idea how she wasn’t the least bit irritated with me! Once we got it all straightened out, Kara got to work on my merc and they turned out better than I could ever imagine!Can’t want to reorder!

From beginning to end Kara made things so easy and communicated thoroughly and in a timely manner. She went out of her way to make sure I had these hats for an event and they were a huge hit. Great quality and the pictures don’t do them justice. I will be a repeat customer for sure!
