Pacchero is our special pasta format, unique for its proud temperament, callousness, flavor and texture and that will enhance any culinary creation. The artisanal nature of pasta does not allow us to define a unique cooking time. It is advisable to immerse each kg of pasta in at least 10 liters and check its cooking until you reach the favorite one.
