DONA Masala Chai Concentrate in 64oz bottles for easy behind the coffee bar use. For food service use only. To make a chai latte, mix equal parts with milk then steam or ice. Perfectly spiced and lightly-sweetened. Brewed in small-batches with single origin & direct trade spices. Ground fresh and slow steeped. Notes of organic black tea, green cardamom, ginger, cinnamon, cloves and black peppercorn in every sip. Quality matters. Our beverages are made with the best ingredients selected for their naturally sweet qualities so we add less sugar. Balancing sweet and spice allows our ingredients to shine. Dona Chai is a customer favorite in my shop. People love the option of getting an unsweetened or half sweetened chai (I mix sweetened and unsweetened). Since most masala chai out there is loaded with sugar, Dona is a breath of fresh air because the flavors of the spices really come through. I've been a personal fan for years and I'm thrilled my customers love it as much as I do.
