Every order I get shows up carefully packaged. As a shop owner, I’m so thankful when I open something like that, knowing I don’t have damaged goods that need to be replaced. I open it, stock it in, put it on my shelf and sell it! Amazing stuff…everyone loves it! Even if someone buys for the first time because it’s “funny”, they come back for more because it’s awesome!!

Love the products. However 2 of the Charcoal liquid soaps leaked inside the box.

Good products however items not packed well for shipping. Some lids opened up spilling on other items and ruining some bottle labels. Also no fragile or liquid labels put outside of the box so that carriers would be more cautious when handling the boxes. Instead of going thru the whole return process I just gave the opened bottles to family members. Hopefully they will improve how they ship items for transit.

Where to start...I ordered Valentine products well in advance for Valentine's. Site claims 3-7 day fulfillment. 9 days passed so I sent a message. Miraculously I get shipping notification that same day, but no reply msg. I expressed my concern of the Valentine products given at that point were too close. No response. I rcv'd a backorder notice for conditioner, then they canceled my shampoo so i asked to cancel the conditioner. Instead, its delivered, no response to msg. Also had damaged product.
