The Niru's Tamarind & Date chutney is my mom's traditional chutney which is a must in all types of chaat, snacks and streetfood. The dish will be accomplished with a sweet, sour and tangy taste that kicks your palate. Suitable with cheese, seafood and as a tasty marinade. Tips: 100 g Niru's Tamarind and date chutney, 2 tsp garlic paste, 1 tbs ginger paste, 1 ts chili powder, salt per taste. 1. Mix all ingredients as a marinade for 1 kg chicken, shrimps, paneer or vegetables. 2. Fry in a pan, bake in an oven on 225 degrees or barbecue on a grill till done. 3. Sprinkle with sesame seed and fresh coriander.
