Niru's Curry Paste gives you an authentic curry from Punjab as it has been made for generations with high quality spices. This paste is suitable for chicken, fish, prawns and vegetables. Try as a base in stew, soup and -or to marinate mixed with yoghurt. 1. Fry 600-1000 gm chicken chunks with 1 tbsp oil in a pan. Add 200 gm Niru's Curry Paste along with 200 gm yoghurt. 2. Simmer for 5 minutes, add 2-300 gm coconut milk, cream or water. 3. Cook till done, garnish with fresh coriander. For a milder taste: Use less paste or more coconut milk/double cream. Best served with Niru's authentic chutneys, raita and papadam.
