Terrible Experience – Would Not Recommend I ordered 7 bags for a customer’s bachelorette party. Out of the 7, 5 arrived correctly, but 1 was the wrong color and 1 had a pocket that was only sewn in on one side. I sent clear pictures and requested that 2 bags be replaced. After waiting a full month, I finally received 2 more bags—but they were still the wrong color. I reached out again and was told that fixing the issue was “impossible.” Buyer beware: this company has been a nightmare!
