But despite the quality of the products, the order processing and shipping times, as well as the responsiveness to messages, really need to be improved. It's catastrophic at this level compared to other suppliers on the Faire app.

Perfect packaging. Excellent value for money on the incense. Small decorations: Angel heart boxes and Angel candle burner are very pretty. Lots of choices, I recommend.
