I am very satisfied with the excellent quality products of the brand that I have known for years because I usually order them directly from their original site. But despite the quality of the products, the order processing and shipping times, as well as the responsiveness to messages, really need to be improved. It's catastrophic at this level compared to other suppliers on the Faire app.
