This design allows the bench to tilt gently, adapting to your natural sitting angle and supporting your posture. This simple wooden meditation bench is handcrafted in Europe. To preserve the natural quality of the wood, we recommend finishing it with beeswax or linseed oil. Soft seat pad for extra comfort A matching seat pad is optionally available for the LHASA meditation bench in our shop. The thin pad, filled with cotton batting and covered with soft cotton velveton, comes in various colors and adds extra comfort when sitting on the wooden bench.
