Iโve been exclusive with this dog cookie maker for months now and have had nothing but great experiences with them. Responsive, ship time is fast (that says a lot, they are in NH, I am in CA) and consistent. The cookies arrive in good condition (yes, occasionally some break in transit, thatโs part of shipping risk; Faire credits you back, so itโs no $ lost)โฆ they hold up nicely in room temperature and my clients love them. I have resorted to buying in major bulk because they sell so quickly.

We ordered from this brand on Jul 8, we didn't receive our order until Aug 5. We opened the order, over 90% of the order was broken or melted. We then tried to contact the brand & share our concern & ask for a new order or credit. Their response was that they would ship it out immediately & the rest would ship out ASAP. The response of the brand takes about 1-2 days. They then said it would be shipped out Aug 26. We have asked for a tracking number everyday since & still have no info of arrival.
