This chewy confection has notes of caramel, molasses and anise, balanced with flakes of our Jacobsen sea salt. We use only the best ingredients, and deliver a chew that’s a bit more viscous than other varieties, so you have a little time to let it unfold on the palate. Dark, intriguing and delicious. Our salty licorice candy contains the traditional black food coloring used to give licorice its recognizable dark hue. *Includes approximately 240 candy pieces. customer service was mediocre. after contacting them twice, I was told that cold weather effects the candy and to not order until the weather is warmer. I guess I had known that was an issue before I ordered.
