Tiff's embroidery kits are beautiful. She packages them very well for display. The box I received was packed with care and included a hand written thank you note. I received one incorrect item which was no big deal - I reached out and a replacement was sent. I'm very excited to put these kits out in my store and continue working with Tiff! Thank you
