Wild & Wilder is a perfect balance of wild garlic and habanero chilli, all infused in a sea salt for twisting onto pretty much any meal. This is a finishing salt, delicate with a wonderful aroma, not for grinding into onion when making a curry, this will be lost... Please remember to remove the fresh seal before using the first time. Harvested in March, the wild garlic is then pureed, mixed with the sea salt and dehydrated, leaving wonderful green crystals. Thats not it though, as in September along come the red habanero, which go through the same process. A 50/50 blend of these two is a lovely mix.
