Ok. I cannot Sugarquote you, being completely honest about this item here ladies. If your shape is anything like mine then you could use a little help in the hip, backside area, & waist as well. I found the help! This is like the instant hourglass shaper. I am not saying put this on & you will have a perfect hourglass shape but I am saying put this on & your shape will look more like an hourglass rather than a square block or some other shape we would happily trade out 4 another. I wear mine 1 size smaller. IE: I am a 18/20 & the 2x fits Great (Sucks in comfortably) - 3x too big This Blessing is so easy to put on-Nothing like fighting with a girdle- step right into the leg rings(butt lifters-similar to a garter belt) & pull it up, like putting on overalls. You can wear the shoulder straps or detach them.
