I am in utter and complete shock that this is how I find out that UPS delivered your package a month late! You ordered June 9th and your order was shipped June 12th and didn't arrive until July 10th! I would be angry too Valerie. I will be investigating as that is unacceptable! However I also am saddened to hear that you didn't like the light up flowerbands, a very popular FAIRE item CONSISTENTLY for the past three years or the shot glasses! Those are the cutest things ever in my opinion. The necklace part may need to have the closer tightened I discovered but they sure are party fun! If we ever are lucky enough to get a second chance with you, there will be nothing that will stop us from completely turning this experience around. Thank you for your feedback. Hello Leisa and Happy New Year, I was just reading your review. I understand the packaging for the golf balls failed to meet your standards and that I do apologize for. It is never my intention to provide a inadequate experience. The golf balls come to me in those bags from my supplier, so you may have received one of those instead of a ziploc.
