We asked to cancel this order before it even shipped due to our time constraint and that they were shipping from China. They ignored us after multiple conversation back and forth on cancelling. Then they chose to charge us $149 without approval to ship them from China(this item claims it ships from the US). They arrived and look nothing like the image. These are not sweatshirt material at all and the company of course is not refunding the shipping charges.

I am so disappointed with this order. The shirts are not as pictured and do not even have clothing tags. They came vacuumed sealed and it will cost too much to mail them back.
