This is a biscuit bust of paul I of Russia who became emporer of Russia in 1796. True to paul's royalty, the bust was fittingly produced by the imperial porcelain manufactory in st. Petersburg. "Biscuit" is a type of porcelain glaze that is much softer to the touch then traditional hard porcelain. An excellent addition to any bust collection or great gift for histoy buffs. Size: 3.5" X 1'x 2.5"
