The fulfillment speed was really quick & she even hand delivered my order - it's always nice to meet the face behind the product! Pins are great quality & the colorful backing cards really help them stand out. Her inclusive designs about invisible illnesses have resonated with my customer base - it didn't take long for pins to find new homes. If you're toying with placing an order I would heartily recommend you do! :)
