I would not recommend placing an order with Louise from Lou's Bees. I still have not received my order from when I paid my invoice 7+ weeks ago and have asked for updates multiple times. She has been very unclear and uncommunicative of when I can expect to see my order or even offering a refund after sharing why there's been a delay.
