Shipping was very fast which makes life easier for me! Putting it together was easy but I haven’t figured out how to close it. I think it’s user error or something because the instructions are clear. I’ll have to work on it more. But overall the quality is great! I haven’t spoken to customer service for anything as yet but I would order from them again.

Love this item. I repurchased a second one within a week of receiving the first! I have three dogs and cannot push all three strollers so I put 2 in a double stroller and my smallest in the CARRIER BACKPACK. I use it everyday and love it! As a backpack and frontpack. The quality is undeniable!!
