Shipping was very fast which makes life easier for me! Putting it together was easy but I haven’t figured out how to close it. I think it’s user error or something because the instructions are clear. I’ll have to work on it more. But overall the quality is great! I haven’t spoken to customer service for anything as yet but I would order from them again.
