Arrived late shipped in trash bag clothes stink really bad poor quality bad odor shop at your own risk very misleading shipping label had no barcode ask direct question before spending your dollars becareful of fake tariff fees on orders shipped in USA should not have fees company name on arrival package is different from store name in app which caused a problem with return however report to Faire and they will communicate with that vendor to resolve issue

Product Quality: Items are quality-checked before shipment; we do not ship items with odor or in poor condition. Pricing Transparency: We cover all taxes and duties, so the buyer sees the final price at checkout with no hidden fees. This was communicated, and we stand by it. Return & Goodwill: A return was offered, along with a goodwill credit; the customer declined both. Fulfillment Partner: We use a fulfillment partner—standard for many brands. The store name in the app is the brand purchased from, and we were fully responsive. Professionalism: Our team engaged professionally despite repeated hostile and disrespectful messages.
