Our press settings:  355 degrees F, 55 seconds Medium pressure Tips: - Use adhesive spray to help hold the towel in place on the transfer - Lint roll prior to pressing  - Use butcher paper under the towel to protect the bottom of your heat press - Fold towel in thirds to make it easier to line up with your transfer paper - If larger than your press - press twice!
