Our business is in Wisconsin, Lavender Thorne shipped us our things from Texas, but it was -20+ degrees here so most of our shipment was damaged. Without hesitation they sent us replacements, and agreed to wait a little longer for the temps to warm back up, up here. They quadruple packaged our replacement shipment just in case. Their products are quality and you can't beat fast, genuine customer service.
