Mac Ar Aghaidh Linn* Pit Bull Terrier is a saunterer; he savours his daily commune with nature. The woods speak to his soul: wild and unyielding, yet in the very same moment, still and utterly peaceful. Unusually warm temperatures and a lovely breeze draw Mac outdoors. He strolls along a well-trodden gravel pathway that seems to come from nowhere and end in the exact same spot. Just beyond the brush, though, he hears a babbling brook. Birds beckon, and scampering squirrels and chipmunks dart in and out of view, enticing him off the trail. Pressing through, with a few thicket-scratches and a tumble or two, Mac finds himself smack in a lush bush with verdant greens hosting a profusion of blooms and berries. Perhaps there was once a walkway here; clearly, no one had ventured this way in quite some time.
