We ordered 30 of these lights + all the metal tins they come in are damaged. 1 of the lights came completely separated from it's base as well. EP was VERY Fast in resolving the issue and sent us all new tins and a replacement lamps.

I've ordered from them several times now and have been pleased with the quality of the product. I only wish they had better retail packaging. Many lack titles, descriptions, bar codes, or even pictures appropriate to the value of the product. I usually have to plan to take at least one out of packaging to display.
