Great products. Excellent shipping. Absolutely horrible customer service! We had simple issues that their "customer service" could not / would not deal with and implied we were doing something nefarious...which could not be further from the truth! Additionally, we contacted their senior management and no one contacted us! We will no longer conduct business with PA. Shame since we would have purchased alot more of their products.
