This adorable Blue Chiffon Scrunchie is the perfect scrunchie for your customers! The scrunchie is a small sized scrunchie with the perfect ruffles and scrunch! It is made from 100% chiffon and 100% love with no crease or pull of your gorgeous hair! My number one goal is to provide high quality scrunchies for all hair types. My elastic can wrap around hair 2-3 times (even on thick hair) and will not crease or damage, regardless of fabric. Our scrunchies are all different sizes. Please double check descriptions for small, medium, and large sizes. These are handmade and I cannot make them all exactly the same. Fabric can also vary slightly even in the same color.
